Under new management, resulting from the January 3 Stock Purchase Agreement, the Company will focus on attracting a wider base of international clientele. These tourists will come from a database that the Company’s owner has compiled while operating a diving company in Egypt.  

That Company, Divers Land, incorporated in 2007, has two dive centers located at Egyptian hotels. Divers Land has three 80-foot diving boats and a staff of 37 employees. Divers Land organizes daily and weekly diving trips and private trips, while also teaching diving courses and selling equipment. That company also handles hotel bookings.
